Our policy in short
Grnwave Workshop products are specialized electronics made for droid builds. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong part, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check that a part is right for your build before ordering, and reach out with any questions first — we’re happy to help.
Manufacturing defects
If an item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short description of the issue. Verified manufacturing defects are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable payment processing/transaction fees, or a replacement where available.
Return shipping
If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t process a refund for items we don’t receive.
What isn’t covered
Damage caused by installation, incorrect wiring, reversed polarity, or an improper power supply (for example, running 5V LEDs above 5V) is not covered. General wear and tear is not covered.

Email grnwaveworkshop@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue, and we’ll get back to you. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
